Yes, we offer only color customization for some of our products. Color customization will cost little extra. And processing time of same will be 15-25 days. Please WhatsApp us to know more.

If your bag is particularly dirty, you can spot-clean it with a damp cloth. You can also hand-wash your cotton bag in cool water with a mild detergent.

You can pay using UPI, Credit/Debit Cards or internet banking.  Currently, we are accepting only pre-paid orders.

No, We don’t.

While it’s fun for a lot of people to simply make a COD order and then refuse to accept it. The real burden fell on our shoulder.

Sometimes it takes up to 20-25 days to get product back and sometimes we end up paying not only shipping charges but Rs 50-80 standard COD order charges and almost equal amount for RTO.

You would be allowed to complete the payment. Go to Orders page and click on “Pay” button. You can call our number or send WhatsApp message for recurring failures (Refer Contact Us page for details).

You will be refunded in 10-15 days after cancellation of the order in original payment method. Cancellation of your order is subject to our acceptance. Please refer cancellation FAQ in the ‘The Shipping & Returns” section below.

Shipping & Returns

Processing time for all our orders is 1-2 working days. It might increase during the time of sale on website or during the festive season or in case of any unexpected situation.

We offer two shipping options: Indian Post Parcel and Express. For Express shipping, we partner with reliable carriers such as Shree Maruti, Delhivery, and Amazon Shipping. In the event that none of these carriers are available, we utilize Indian Post Speedpost for timely delivery.

We accept exchanges for damaged or defective products. Please contact us within 2 working days of receiving the product to initiate the exchange process. You must ship the product back to us within 5 working days using Indian Post Parcel service. Upon receipt of the return courier receipt, we will refund the shipping cost incurred.

Yes, you can cancel your order within the first sixty minutes of placing it, but only for orders placed by mistake. After cancellation, we’ll review your request based on the timing of the order. Only orders canceled within the first sixty minutes will be approved. You’ll receive a confirmation message once the cancellation is approved. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days.
