Yes, we offer customization. Any of our wall hangings or plant hangers can be customized to your own specific need. Visit contact us page to reach out to us for the same.

All our macrame are ready to install. You won’t require any assembly. Your wall hanging might have curls and crinkles during transit. After you hang the wall hanging, please check for any tangling and untangle them by running your finger through loose end. You can use comb gently to straighten fringes. The fibers also straighten themself after a week or two of hanging.

We have ensured the least hassle for you as the products can be cleaned effortlessly using a blow-dryer to blow-off the natural dust that settles upon surfaces. The wooden parts just need a soft wipe and it will be as good as new.

Yes, you can surely wash (as they are made from 100% natural cotton) table accessories and plant hangers but avoid washing wall hangings and some other products which has wood and metal parts.

As a first step, soak the product in water and mild detergent. Then gently wash them with hands – DO NOT machine wash. Dry them in shaded area. DO NOT dry them in direct sun light.

You can pay using UPI, Credit/Debit Cards or internet banking.  Currently, we are accepting only pre-paid orders.

We do accept Cash on Delivery (COD). It will cost you an addition of ~ ₹ 50 for cash handling. These charge will get added automatically in your shipping rate.

You would be allowed to complete the payment. Go to Orders page and click on “Pay” button. You can call our number or send WhatsApp message for recurring failures (Refer Contact Us page for details).

You will be refunded in 10-15 days after cancellation of the order in original payment method. Cancellation of your order is subject to our acceptance. Please refer cancellation FAQ in the ‘The Shipping & Returns” section below.

Shipping & Returns

Our processing time for macrame designs is 10 working days as most of our designs are made to order. For threads and macrame craft materials processing time is 2-3 working days. Please add processing time to the shipping date shown on Checkout page. i.e. If on check out date your delivery date is showing 16th June 2021 then you might expect actual delivery to be on or before 18th June 2021. 

We will give an option to provide your preference for shipping while placing the order but we may change the courier partner during the actual shipping process. You shall NOT be charged any additional amount for this.

Yes, we provide that option. Please place the order normally. The shipping charges which you would have paid during the order will be refunded to you.  You can pick after two working days from our location. You can find location map on Contact page.

We would gladly accept exchanges in case of damaged or defective products but no returns. Contact us within 2 working days of receiving the product for exchange. You need to ship to the product back to us within 5 working days of receiving it.

You are allowed to cancel the order within first sixty minutes of placing the order. We have allowed cancellation only for any orders done by mistake. After your cancellation of the order, we will approve or  reject your request based on timing of the order. Only the orders cancelled within first sixty minutes of placing the order will be approved for cancellation. You shall receive confirmation message post the cancellation approval by us. Amount will be refunded in your original payment method within 10 working days.
