Shipping & Delivery
We always strive to deliver your order safely and on time. However, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, holidays, weather, or unforeseen factors.
In such cases, we do our best to ensure your parcel reaches you as soon as possible.
For urgent or time-sensitive orders, please message us before placing your order so we can suggest the most suitable shipping option.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address or an invalid phone number, the following will apply:
Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount, even for orders above ₹1099 or those with free shipping.
If you wish to have the order re-shipped, additional courier charges will apply.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns or refunds only for damaged or missing items.
Photo and video proof of the unboxing must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp.
Refunds for cancelled orders (after acceptance) will be processed within 10–15 working days to your original payment method.
Cancellation requests are subject to our confirmation and acceptance. Please refer to the Cancellation FAQ in the “Shipping & Returns” section for details.
